| Robert Eugene
Jent, 55, has served as President and Chief Executive
Officer of TDEC since September 2007. From May 2, 2005 to September
2007, Mr. Jent was employed by a Dallas, Texas based independent
oil and gas company where he served as President and Chief Executive
Officer (from January 2007 through September 2007) and managed
the drilling or operations of over 110 oil and gas wells. He also
served as Vice President of Marketing for the same company from
May 2005 through December 2006. From September 1989 through April
2005, Mr. Jent was employed by F&E Business Graphics, a Dallas
based printing company, where he served as a sales representative
and Vice President of sales until such time as he purchased the
company in August of 1997. Mr. Jent is a graduate of the University
of Colorado where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Business. |

| Christopher Scott
Jent, 31, has served as Treasurer and Secretary of TDEC
since its inception and was named its Chief Marketing Officer
in September 2007. From March 2003 to July 2007, Mr. Jent worked
for a Dallas, Texas based independent oil and gas company where
he acted as a private placement manager, managing client investments
in all aspects of the oil and gas industry. In this position,
Mr. Jent managed the capital funding and operations of joint ventures
with capital of approximately $75 million. These ventures participated
in the drilling or operation of nearly 100 oil and gas wells.
During such period he also served the same company as Senior Vice
President and Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Jent attended the
University of Texas at Dallas where his major was finance. |

| Linda J. Harris,
P.E., 45, has served as Vice President of Operations of TDEC since
October 2007. Ms. Harris’s career has been spent largely with
technology companies in the electrical capital equipment and electronic
commerce industries. She has held positions in sales, engineering,
product management, and marketing management. From October 2002
to June 2003 Ms. Harris served as a Marketing Consultant to TXU
Energy. From December 2000 to October 2002 Ms. Harris served as
Director of Marketing for Quadrum International. From November
1999 to October 2000 she served as Marketing Manager for Free
Markets Inc. From October 1994 to November 1999, Ms. Harris was
employed by Cutler-Hammer, serving in engineering and product
management roles. Ms. Harris is a registered Professional Engineer
in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Ms. Harris graduated from
the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical
Engineering and holds a Master of Business Administration from
Georgia State University. |
